Susan sold my house in record time for a record price. While I was out of town. She is well-connected, knows the neighborhood and buyer profiles extremely well and gave me the peace of mind that I was in good hands. I traveled for two weeks, e-signing a few forms along the way and returned home to a notary in my office to sign the closing papers. She have made it easier for me, with no pressure and no games.

Susan Heller is a real professional. She told me up front if you overprice the house will not sell and don't expect many showings or communication either. We tried to sell the house at the price we wanted and nothing happened for 3 months. Then we lowered the price to the price she and her team of professionals suggested and it was pending in a week. Susan Heller was professional and very quick to list your home but don't expect quick responses from Susan or her team after the listing. Had to initiate follow-up on most items. Never had such a "hands off" realtor and can not recommend her. Lulu

Very hands off after signing contract. Does not respond to concerns. Blames others in office for services not provided. Makes excuses for not being aware of communications. Too many pass offs for various services as a part of sale process. Does not check for accuracy. Then pass off to another for negotiation of contract. Seems to be too busy attending conferences than working as a realtor. Charges for services other realtors include as part of business. reardoncll
